Assalamu Alikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh

I was honoured to comply with His Highness's noble wish to assume the position of Prime Minister and I convey my sincere appreciation and pride at the honour of Your Highness's confidence bestowed upon myself and fellow ministers whom accepted the heavy responsibility at this sensitive phase in the history of our dear country. We pray to the Almighty for every success in the light of Your Highness's guidance, while we exert all efforts to overcome obstacles and achieve the aspirations that serve the interests of the country and its people, as well as enhancing our prominent civilized status in the region and internationally.
We pledge to Allah and to Your Highness that we shall devote our action wholeheartedly in the fulfillment of the grand oath, and we assure intensified efforts towards positive and fruitful cooperation with the venerable national assembly in undertaking the joint national responsibility through our firm belief of the necessity of this cooperation,  and in response to your Highness's wise directives as well as incorporating the will of our constitution and customs that regulate the relationship between both the legislative, the executive and all other State authorities.
We pray to Allah to grant us success in all that is in the interest of Kuwait and achieve the hopes and aspirations of its people under the wise leadership of Your Highness and His Highness the Crown Prince.
